Title: Use of Force Seminar
Description: The use of force seminar is a review of New York State Penal Law Article 35.00, the justification of the use of Force. This course is a mandatory training segment for all peace officers, police officers and armed security guards to take and pass BEFORE they are authorized to carry a firearm on duty or off duty.

This course is also highly recommended to the private citizen interested in self defense. It will give the student the guidelines for using both physical force and deadly physical force. A test on that subject matter will be given at the end of the class, and kept on file. A certificate will be issued indicating successful completion of this class.
